无碱玻璃纤维带（简称无碱带）系采用无碱玻璃纤维织造而成，无碱带具有一定的耐热性与绝缘性，适用于电机、电器的线圈绑扎。
外观：按“JC285-80”无碱带外观规定。
长度：每圈50米，长度不少于6米的允许拼圈，每卷只允许拼一次。每圈长度如有更改由供需双方洽商。

本产品系采用含碱量低于0.8%的无碱玻璃纤维并捻或编织而成。玻璃绳具有较高的耐热性和绝缘性。适宜于电器、仪表等绕组或电阻丝芯子。还具有较高的抗拉强度和伸长率极微的特点。适宜于橡胶或塑料制品如运输带，或耐压耐温管等的补强。
外观：外表光洁，粗细均匀。
This product is twisted
or braided of fiberglass which contains less than 0.8% of alkaline.With
its fetures of heat-resistance and insulation,it is a suitable
material for insulating coils of electrical appliance and instruments
and cores of resistors.Besides,because of its high tensile strength
and minimum elongation it can be used to strengthen the components
made of rubbers or plastics such as conveyer or high temperature.
Appearance:The surface is smooth and the thickness of the whole
length is all the same. |

具有网状结构的环氧树脂浸渍玻璃纤维网状无纬绑扎带是电机和变压器行业理想的紧固绑扎材料，不仅具有优良的柔软性和粘性，贮存期达一年（5℃），而且拉开呈网状结构（拉开宽度为原带宽二信以上，）不散丝，无叠痕退卷容易等特点。其优良性能还在于具有高抗张、高抗冲击、高模量，低延伸，无磁滞和无涡流损失等特点。
本产品不仅适用于普通电机转子、变压器芯子的紧固绑扎，还可用于大型特种电机的绑扎，最大绑扎拉力可达100 N/mm。

Resin Treated Fiberglass Banding Tape with web structure is
ideal banding material for applying to the electrical machines
and transformers .This banding tape is not only bliable and
slightly tacky but also can be unwinded freely from the spool
without glass strands.separation structure will appear and the
width of the tape may be extended to over twice the size of
the original.It also can be storaged for one year at the temperature
of 5℃.In addition this product possesses its distinctive characteristics
of high tensile strength high resistance to shocks high moduius
of elasticity and low percent elongation at Break as well no
magnetically -confiningand eddy lcsses.
Banding armature of rotation eletrical machines or blocking
fransformer colums isnot the only use of this tape.It is further
indicated for applying to the large-scale and special type electrical
machines etc.its pull when banding can reach the maximum value
of 100N/mm. |
